VICTORY IN ZHUHAI

13 November 2011. Anthony and team-mate Sebastien Bourdais took victory in Zhuhai, China, today at the final round of the 2011 Intercontinental Le Mans Cup. It was a strong finish to the season for Championship winners Peugeot, with the sister No.8 car coming home in second position.

After a close battle with Audi at the beginning of the race, the race finish was a dominant victory ahead of the third placed Audi of Timo Bernhard and Marcel Fassler.

ANT ON POLE IN CHINA

12 November 2011. Earlier today in Zhuhai, China, Anthony claimed pole position for the final round of this season's Intercontinental Le Mans Cup.

After a close 20 minute qualifying session, Anthony lead with a lap time of 1m21.760s, ahead of Peugeot team-mate Stephane Sarrazin in P2. Third was the Audi of Tom Kristensen.

PETIT VICTORY FOR PEUGEOT

Peugeot claimed victory at Petit Le Mans, Atlanta, with the no 8 car, after Anthony's car (no 7) was forced to retire from the race with a gearbox issue. This also sealed the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup Championship for Peugeot, still with one race to go.

After Anthony qualified on pole for the race, Sebastian Bourdais took the race start, but sadly before Anthony even got in the car a problem forced the team to retire the no 7 Peugeot 908 - the first retirement for the team this year.
